Format will be Low Gross/Low Net and scores will be posted. The cost per player is $92 if not participating in the skins game and $120 if participating. The FIRST 60 Mile High Members that provide me their payment will be in the tournament. Per our contract with Falcon Dunes, Tracy must pay the total of $92 per player in one payment. As always, Zelle and Venmo are preferred. Show Falcon Dunes in the comments. Checks, payable to Tracy Bachtell, are fine too. Cancelations with Refunds will be available until January 1st. After that, your only option will be to find a replacement.
There is a $25 fine for not showing or withdrawing less than 24 hours prior to an event. Emergencies will be considered.
Effective with this notice ALL players must check in with the tournament committee at least 30 minutes prior to their assigned tee-time or shotgun start. Players who fail to check in on time will not be allowed to participate in the optional wagering. However, under certain emergency circumstances the committee reserves the right to waive the late check-in penalty. Also if you opt out of the optional wagering you are not eligible to win the HIO pot!
This policy is implemented to allow your hard working tournament committee members the same opportunity to warm up as the rest of the field. Please respect their time by checking in early.
